I have used Mobile17 without issue many times in the past. However, this morning I tried to send myself a new ringtone and still haven't received it. I get an email after the allotted time period saying my tone is now ready and that I can get it via mobile web, but I have my settings to receive it by MMS. I cannot access the mobile web.
I have already tested my phone to see if it was the fault of my service but it's fine. I've also already tried turning my phone off and back on. Do you have any idea why I'm not receiving the picture message?

(@Bob Barker) I have the same issue!!! I've used this website so much and never without a problem I got the emails saying the ringtones were delivered and I haven't got the mms messages WTF!!!!!!! HELP!!!

(@Ashley Y.) so i'm new to mobile17 and i've never used the service before, but its not working for me either. from what i can figure out, i get the text saying its attached but i think the message goes over teh 160 character limit, so technically there should be a second text with the rest of the information / the attached song. any idea why there isn't a follow up text with the song attached?

(@Tessa Linette Pauls) If you requested the ringtone to be sent earlier today, you may just get it in the morning or tomorrow night. At least, that's what happened to me. I don't know, maybe the site is being slower than usual. Who knows?

(@Jack Kim) My suggestion is to go ahead and create your ringtone, then on the page where it shows the status (after your ringtone has been finished and sent) click on the link that says something like this: (have web access? site —on your phone!) BUT do it from your computer and find which link plays music, go back to the page that has the link and then right click on that link to download the clip to your computer. Once you've done that you can email it to your phone... If you don't know your phone's email address then send an MMS message from your phone to your email address, then reply to that email and attach the downloaded clip... It should then send it to your phone and you can save it as a ringtone. If you have Verizon your phone's email address is ##########@vzwpix.com (the #'s being your phone number digits).

(@Ashley Y.) I have the same problem today and I kinda knew that the ring tones weren't going to work because I usually get them on my phone before I get the email. It's frustrating!! Other days I'll get the ring tone right away. Today I haven't got not even one. Someone please help this sucks major balls!!!
